How to identify sql server installation is licensed version or not.

Check the paperwork.
If you haven't even tried to resolve your issue, please don't expect the hard-working volunteers here to waste their time providing links to answers which you could easily have found yourself.

Licensing is paperwork. The SQL instance doesn't know whether it's licensed or not, check with the people who buy your software licenses, see what SQL licenses you have, then compare that with what you have installed in your environment.
