Recently, a developer came to me with a question about the icons displayed in a SQL Server 2K query plan. Some icons had, at the bottom-right, a small yellow circle with 3 arrows pointing left. BOL has definitions of the various icons, but nothing about the circle and arrow addition. Does anyone know what the yellow circle and arrows represent? It appears on a variety of icons.
