  i am saving or updating records first time and then updating image field after this.both operations are not cary in one query...

  Now I really don't understand your requirements. Table definitions, sample data, sample data flow with expected results please. Or hire someone to help you due to the complexity of what you are trying to accomplish. Past a certain level of complexity forums are useless for solving problems.
