  Guys you need to really help me after all the help given by Olaf still I am not out of this issue

  1. Ran "o2010pia.msi" installer

  2.Fould the this particular DLL in this path

  C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office15\DCF\Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.dll

  3.Tried to add the .dll using add reference (Attached screen shot)

  4.Checked in.NET tab still I can not see that .dll
