SELECT [DEFINITION]
FROM SYS.SQL_MODULES WHERE [OBJECT_ID] = OBJECT_ID(@OBJECTNAME)
I know I can use SP_HELPTEXT to get linebreaks, The reason I want to use this is I can exclude comments section from SQL_Modules, but cannot exclude the comments section from SP_HELPTEXT.

This looks like an extension of your other question. If you could explain what you are trying to do we can help. Whatever you are trying to do seems like a very complicated way of accomplishing it. Unfortunately we don't know what that is.
