  where I can i get real testdata (PK, LastName, Firstaname) -only 3 columns-

  I think of about 1 million data - 500T.

  Hi Nicole,

  Some of the experts here likely have homegrown scripts that they can share.

  However, I found Redgate's SQL Data Generator to be a very good tool and it's inexpensive.

  here's a link to the US Census data that has a list of the miost frequently occuring male firstnames, female first names, and lastnames.

  a cross join of all that data will give you a whooping large example of fake data:
