find the values from top 10 and values not in top 10

  i have a table that shows when patient admitted with a condition like cancer, asthma etc. so if 1 patients comes with 2 unique conditions then he is counted 1 time not twice . i got the top 10 figured out but in a single query i am trying to find values that are not top 10

  If you want every row other than the first 10 have you had a look at the OFFSET clause?

  What constitutes being the top 10?  The top 10 patients admitted, the top 10 conditions or something else.

  Table definitions, DDL with sample data and expected results will help get a tested solution.
