Find all objects with certain owner

  I am getting ready to leave a client site after my contract ends and want to be sure that there are no objects out there that show an owner of 'ad\myusername' so that nothing will fail when they delete my AD login. What could I run to find all of those objects (like jobs, schedules, etc.).
