Feb CTP 2008 Install

    Hi

    I've been trying for days to install SQL2008 Feb CTP x64 on a Vista x64 Ultimate machine.

    It it completes the pre-install and passes all the requirments but when it get to the main install it fails on every part, it won't even install the engine.

    I have uninstalled 2k5 and 2k8Nov CTP.

    Is there an uninstaller that will clean all traces of the previous instalations or am I looking in the wrong direction?

    hi,

    Where are you running the setup from....Server or Tools folder? If Tools, try running from the server folder.

    I was running from the Server folder.
