  I am getting below error in my cluster log, it shows one node is down, please note that both IP addresses are same

  Security Handshake between local and remote endpoints '1x2.129.2x0.25:~3343~ -> 1x2.129.2x0.25:~56942~' did not complete in '40' seconds, node terminating the connection
