I have executed this command
declare @cmd varchar (8000)
SET @Cmd = 'DTEXEC /DTS "\MSDB\Package_CONSOMMATION_CLIENT_DT" /SERVER oelisoa /MAXCONCURRENT " -1 " /CHECKPOINTING OFF /REPORTING V '

The package execution returned DTSER_SUCCESS (0).

That means it ran just fine.
