EXcel Connection string error

    Hi

    Please help on this,when i try to run the package am getting the below error.

    [Connection manager "Excel Connection Manager"] Error: SSIS Error Code DTS_E_OLEDBERROR. An OLE DB error has occurred. Error code: 0x80004005.

    An OLE DB record is available. Source: "Microsoft JET Database Engine" Hresult: 0x80004005 Description: "Failure creating file.".

    isn't error 0x80004005 file permissions, ie cannot access \\servername\sharename\filename.xls?

    this is probably after you publish /delopy the package(so it runs under a different user on the server), but works fine when you run the package yourself, right?
