We had some issues with SQL Server 2000 about 8 months ago, in which i was trying to set up some replication from my SQL Server 2000 to a laptop in another Hong Kong. Since then, we have been having an error / warning pop up in the application log of the server. The warning is the following

Event ID : 208

SQL Server Scheduled Job 'JOB NAME' (0x41BF987A55B3764396D3B7B4478F44AE) - Status: Failed - Invoked on: 2005-04-20 07:00:00 - Message: The job failed. The Job was invoked by Schedule 30 (Replication agent schedule.). The last step to run was step 3 (Detect nonlogged agent shutdown.).

My question is, i know that i did try and set up the replication, which we no longer use as we have implemented another method. How can i check where to stop my server looking for the client, so that i can stop this scheduled job???
Any help in locating this scheduled job would be appriciated as i use SQL Server but am not 100% with all its functionality (still studying!!!)

Aparently your Agent(s) are still active!
You have to remove replication! (if you are not using it for any othe publication)
what type of replication did you set up?

Replication has been removed. We no longer need this to be running. Got any ideas where i can look to find this job so i can stop it trying to run etc. As i can not see where to look

Are you saying That the job does not show on the job list on EM ?
