  Hi.
  Version: SQL server 2012 SP3 and patch number 5532 updated.
  Database high availability configured for DB Mirroring. Principal server local IDC and mirror server is Remote IDC with manual failover method. 

  Following errors frequently reported in error log file. also Invalid object name and stored procedure messages appeared in application side.
  what could be reason? please suggest.

  Access to server validation failed while revalidating the login on the connection
  Error: 18456, Severity: 14, State: 23.

  Login failed for user 'username'. Reason: Password did not match that for the login provided. [CLIENT: Appl.Server IP]
  Error: 18456, Severity: 14, State: 8.

  Message
  The client was unable to reuse a session with SPID 106, which had been reset for connection pooling. The failure ID is 23. This error may have been caused by an earlier operation failing. Check the error logs for failed operations immediately before this error message.

  Message
