Error with web synchronization

  • When I try to run the agent from the side of the subsciber I receive the following:

  • Hi ysulieman,

    Please ensure you have Automatic configuration turned off and proxy server disabled in Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer -> Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections -> LAN settings, uncheck 'Automatically detect settings', 'Use automatic configuration script', and 'Use a proxy server for your LAN'.
