We have a SQL server 2005 reporting server. Today we started getting errors while viewing any report and the error message is very generic
The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden
What does this means and where to look for to resolve this?

Anyone has faced this error? Any input will help me greatly troubleshoot the error.

Do u get that error if u go to the report server.. If yes..I got the same error too. and i went to the Reporting services configuration manager and then connected. and then went to the report server Virtual directory and checked on the check box next to apply default settings..
and that did it..
