I am getting the following error when I launch web service url in sql report server:
This page isn’t working
laptop-......id is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500.
I have reloaded the page but the problem persists. Please help.

Have you tried to open the url on the report server, or on your workstation?
Is the reporting service startet?
I think, we need some more information.

500 - Internal server error
Something hasn't been configured right.
Re-run install
Re-run the configuration manager
Ensure everything is setup right and try again
