An Error has occured during report processing
Query Execution failed for dataset 'dataset name'
The server principal 'user/role' is not able to access the database 'dbname' under the current security context

Password is not necessary if the user and login exists before.

To add on from the above, does the user exist in the database it needs to connect to.

If your using SQL authentication, has the DB been refreshed from a different server and the SID's haven't been updated? Which leads into the link already provided?
