error configuration of report server on SSMS

  hello all

  i found some troubles when i want to set in the report server on SSMS :

  ReportmanagerEnabled to ----> TRUE

  and

  WebServiceandHTTPaccesssEnabled to ----> TRUE

  i have this message : this operation could not be completed (Winmgmt )

  any help plz ?
