Error 20594 Can't delete existing subscription

  Hi everyone. I'm having a problem deleting an existing subscription and creating a new one in sql 2000.

  The exact error is: New subscription can not be created because it already exists. Use sp_cleanup to delete. Error (20594)

  ...unfortuneately, this doesn't work and I can't delete the existing subscription.

  Can anyone help?
