error 1603 while trying to upgrade sql2005 sp2 to 2p3

  • hello,

    we are tring to upgrade a panorama server (windows X86 2003 server).

    we have sql 2005 sp2 and tring to upgrade to sp3,

    all services was installed exepet the Database services!.

    i checked and panorama seams to still work fine, and in add remove programs i see sp3 was installed except for Database services that still states sp2.

    i have stoped panorama, iis, and all sql services (inclode sql writer) befor installing Sp3.

    i recived the fallowing error massge:

  • i saw this article, i will try this but unfortunatly we are switching to summer clock tonight, so i won't have time to debug this till monday.

    i will let you know how it's goes.
