SQL is a little different;
i believe you are looking for a BACKUP of one database(to create the dump, or *.bak file) and then when it's needed to restore over the top of the current database(or a new database) with the RESTORE command.
do you need syntax examples, or is looking in the books online enough? you can also right click on the database....hit backup and then click the button to view the script which would be performed.
