Hi, I assume you are referring to a chart?, if so then you can dynamically change the axis by either creating min and max fields in your dataset and then refer to them in the min and max fields in the chart properties. This will change the axis dynamically based on the data returned.
Or you can create max and min field in your table using the expressions like Max(fields!fiel_name.value)and then refer to these expressions in the properties of the chart.
