Hi,
Recently i had alot of dts packages running on a server 1 that connected to the server 2 using the following syntax for the server name "server2/" the reason for this is that the sql server and the machine uses the same name and if i used "server2/server2" it didn't work...
It was all working fine till two days ago... It stop accepting the "server2/" and now only accepts "server2" what is the reason for this?
It's really important since i have almost 50dts with activex to dinamically change the servers connections and set all the parameters needed.
