    It is not possible.  The best you can do is give the login a complex password and keep it secret.

    SA is disabled when you remove Mixed-Mode authentication (selecting "Windows Authentication Only").

    As its told, dont try to remove sa...pbly go with the other option of securing with strong password..and leave that aside..
