Distribution agent

    Hi

    I am unable to see the agents in the Distribution agents folder. But the replication is happening normally. Does anyone know why I am unable to see the distribution agents.

    Which computer are you looking on - the Publisher, the Distributor or the Subscriber?

    Try running the following query:

    sp_MSenum_replication_agents @type = 3

    This is what Enterprise Manager runs when you click on the Distribution Agents folder.  Does it return what you would expect?

    Since we were unable to find the Distribution Agent we tried to re create the subscriber abd then we were able to see the Distribution agent. Do you know why?
