Displaying of SSRS report data in Report Manager

    Hi,

    I have designed a report in SQL Server Reporting Services and the report is displaying the data as required in the Preview.When the same report is deployed using Report manager,there are some problems is displaying of values.

    When can such a problem occur and what can be the solution for it.

    Do u have problem with dates or number of record it shows?

    What kind of parameter you have in report?

    IS there any problem with graphics/display?

    Hi Thanks for your response.

    The problem is with the display of value.It's of type VARCHAR only.

    The value of the field in group footer is proper when viewed from Visual studio.

    but when viewed in Report Manager,the value of the field in group footer is not showing properly.It's showing some random value.

    I have a similar problem. I have a table with three columns, which runs fine when 'Previewed' in visual developer, but last column doesn't appear at all when run from Report manager. Only column heading shows up.

    There are few other tables as well in the report. All of them work fine. Only one column of this particular table doesn't appear in the output in report manager.

    If i copy same table in new report (test) with same data set, even that runs fine.

    I have ran out of the clues as to what may be causing this.
