Disable/Enable trigger on a replicated table

  I have transaction replication setup on two servers and can't alter the table (via a proc called from a nightly job) on the publisher to disable a trigger. can this be done without dropping the publication?

  Not officially. A while back Robert Marda came up with a solution, though I still havent tried it yet!
