Different Result Select vs. Cursor

    I mean that I have the expected answer. It is a bug. And nothing that I don't understand.

    And I know, it's easy to get the expected result. The original statement isn't so small and easy. I only tried to extract the problem with a small example. And my fast solution for the colleague was a static cursor, which worked.

    But maybe my problem is, that first I think "this is something new that I don't know; it's stupid; but maybe there is an answer" and after this i think "or it is a bug? ".

    I've also asked MS; there is already an open case. They said that's a normal behaviour. But I couldn't believe that my opinion is so wrong. For me it's not normal, it's flat wrong. And I'm happy, that this is not only my position.
