Different Port Number

  Hi,

  First post here do apologies if not the correct area.

  We've recently moved our SQL Server and for security purposes have changed the default port number. This isn't really a problem until I try to connect to the server using Enterprise Manager. Is there any way of specify the port number to connect to as well as the server name ?

  I usually set up an alias using the client utility - it lets you set the port.
