Not to be trite, but this is such a general question and it's easily answered by looking at the marketing materials. If you are researching some paper or report for a memo, do the research.
If you really want to know why to upgrade or why not, then give your opinion or what you're thinking and ask a more specific question about what might confirm or refute that. A general question like this shows that you haven't bothered to try to learn anything yourself and want someone else to provide you with something.
