If I develop ssis packages in VS2019 will they be able to run on SQL Server 2014 and 2016?

When you create the project on SSDT (VS) you need to select the target SQL Server version - once you select 2014 you can use them on that SQL Version

Is SSIS dev in 2019 now working OK? I had assumed it would not be roadworthy until sometime next year, based on experience.
