Destination table does not copy info of Source table - ADO NET Destination

  I can connect to the database with  ADO Driver, ODBC Data Provider, and MySQL Data provider and use a connection string. Tables al has already been created in MySQL DB. I am getting these errors below.

  Biggest problem, my mapping tables(destination table does not copy info of source table)
