  It has been a long time since I used DTUTIL to deploy packages to the root of msdb.

  This example does not seem complete?

  dtutil /SQL srcPackage /COPY DTS;destPackage

  Or this one:

  DTUTIL /FILE CreateSalesForecastInput.dtsx

  /COPY

  SQL;CreateSalesForecastInput
