Default location for Enterprise Manager scripts

  • Does anyone know how to change the default location for scripts produced using Enterprise Manager.  This probably needs a registry change to implement.

Currently the scripts go to each user's 'Document and Settings' folder, but I want to get them to go to a common location.

  • I don't think that it's an Enterprise Mgr setting necessarily, but an NT one.  Mine defaults to "My Documents" because that is how my pc was set up.  Go into Windows Explorer, right-click on your "Documents and Settings" shortcut folder and then click properties.  There is a Target tab that shows the default target folder location.  My guess would be that EM probably just look for that.
