dbcc print errors

    Hi,

    If DBCC checkdb print errors based on that i dont want to perform backup.how can i achieve this.Please explain in detail.

    You don’t need to check the errors explicitly. There is an option in the Database Maintenance plan, “Perform these checks before doing the backup”, if you select this option it checks the database integrity and other thing you specified. If there is any problem it skips the backup. Even though its very useful, I never used this as I must need backup regardless the errors
