Dbcc dbreindex and Update stats

    DBCC DBREINDEX rebuilds statistics automatically during the rebuild of the indexes says many different articles.

    Question: for sql2000/sql 2005, what sampling ration would it uses? Default? Full Scan?

    Index rebuilds always update stats with full scan, because the entire index is being read for the purposes of the rebuild.
