db_owner role

    Can someone tell me if the a member of the db_owner role can actually change the name of the database in which they are a member of this role?

    This may sound simple but I am needing an answer fast and I can't seem to find a definitive answer.

    BOL says you have to be in syadmin or dbcreator roles, so db_owner is not enough.
