We received error when testing the DBmail
The mail could not be sent to the recipients because of the mail server failure. (Sending Mail using Account 1 ( ). Exception Message: Cannot send mails to mail server. (Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: #5.1.0 Address rejected.).
how to solve this issue .

Hi,
we don't know your database mail configuration, and we don't know your smtp server configuration.
Is there a firewall between the sql server and the e-mail server?
Are you able to test the connection?
There are a lot of possibilities why the e-mail would not send.

Fix the mailbox, I should think. Have you even spoken to the Exchange (other mail systems are available) admin?
