date become 19/08/2005 12:00:00 AM when export to csv

    Hi,

     

    I am using “Transfer Text” in macro ( import delimiter)  to import data and the date is short date ( 19/08/2005)

    Then I also use “Transfer Text” ( export delimiter) to export to csv

    But when I look at the csv file, my date column become 19/08/2005  12:00:00 AM

     

    I want the date as 19/08/2005

     

    Any idea

    When you're doing the export, instead of just exporting the field, export Format(myDate,"Short Date"). Your date is stored with the time, as part of the way the datetime data type is structured.
