Database project won't build. Looking for dacpac file.

  I have "archived" a few database projects that are no longer being used.  We are deprecating the databases in SQL SERVER.  I am going thru all my projects and making sure they will build.  One dacpac file is keeping my projects from building.  I have removed it from the references and also removed it from the Properties page/SQL CMD variables listing.  Still, projects won't build.  What else do I have to do??????
