Hi everyone,
I need to monitor the health of 74plus data bases across 14 servers. I’m familiar with the many monitoring tools, but I seeking a very basic go no go status of the databases, along with generating a simple consolidated report to a central location. Any ideas? Thanks to everyone for being there to help

For the server 2005 stuff you should look at the performnace dashboard reports that came out with sp2. Oh and they do only work with sp2.
and there is a wee mistake in one of the procs for it so you'll need this

They're really rather great alhtough I wish they'd come out sooner would have saved me writing a lot of queries for the dmvs
