Data file gets full?

  Error:- Insufficient disk space in filegroup 'PRIMARY'

  I have one database having restricted file growth, now its full & its a production database so I can't increase the space or size of file growth though I have sufficient space is available on my disk.

  What other options do i have to solve the problem?

  Why can't you increase the space? Make the file bigger or add a new file or filegroup.
