Data does not get replicated to the subscriber

    Hello,

    I set up merge replication between 2 dbs in 2 locations.

    Initial snapshot was created succesfully the initial set of data was replicated successfully.

    But 'some times' i notice that after inserting data at the publisher and clicking on 'start synchronizing', the inserted data doe not appear at the subscriber. However if i do a reinitialize, data does appear but this is time consuming as the whole snapshot is generated and applied once again.

    Please guide me on this.

    Hi,

    Does this mean that sometimes it works. Once you've applied the snapshot, the merge agent will manage the records. Have you changed the identity ranges at all ??

    Yes it works sometime. I have not done any changes to the identity ranges.
