how can i move all my databases and jobs to other server

A good way to move databases is to backup and restore. Of course, you do it one DB at a time.
To move jobs to another server, you need to generate SQL script out of each job (right click on a job, select All Tasks, ...), then execute the scripts on the other server.

Sure, attach/detach a database is the quickest way of disconnecting it, copying underlying files and reconnecting (attaching) on another server. It is very useful especially for very large DB when a backup/restore may take hours or days.
A good thing could be also to zip files before moving them if they are very large.

Copying the files will also take a long time if they are really big.
Also keep in mind that with a restore you also check that the backups are executing right. And that you don't have to stop the server.
Anyway, both ways are correct. To move the jobs, backup and restore the msdb db, or script the jobs with EM, and apply them to your new server.
