Current batch id function

  Hi,

  I have created a stored procedure that polls current activity on our server.

  I want the procedure to ignore the batch id of the instance of when the procedure is ran so it is ignored in the results.

  I guess I am asking whether there is a current batch id function.

  Any help welcome.

  Are you referring to SPID? If so, you could just exclude the current SPID (@@SPID)...?
