  Hi All,

  Recently I got the following error in Application Log in all SQL Servers (here Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition SP2 and SQL Server 2005 SP 3 are used):

  Event Type:Error

  Event Source:crypt32

  Event Category:None

  Event ID:8

  Date:10/26/2009

  Time:10:11:42 AM

  User:N/A

  Computer:<Server Name>

  Description:

  Failed auto update retrieval of third-party root list sequence number from: <http://www.download.windowsupdate.com/msdownload/update/v3/static/trustedr/en/authrootseq.txt&gt; with error: The specified server cannot perform the requested operation.
