Ok, here we go -
I have a few tables that contain ranges in multiple columns (example: max credit score, and min credit score are two different columns in one record)
I am writing a front end in vs2008 for this info, and I am having a problem formatting the results the way I would like. Here is the data I would like to change and the results I would like to see. The main problem is that this all needs to be dynamic because the ranges could change daily.

Let me know what you guys think. Thanks for any help, and let me know if you have any questions.

Looks to me like you're just concatenating strings. You should be able to convert the values for ltv from numbers to strings and then concatenate them together. If your front-end can't do that, you could do it in the query using Cast/Convert.

You know - this is one of those situations where you cant see the forest for the trees. Man, this was easy. For some reason, I was trying to make it harder than it truly is 🙁
EDIT: Forgot to say thanks! Appreciate it!
