Creating dimensions

    My requirement:

    I have one table with 9 columns. Requirement is to create a cube with 9 dimensions using this table.(They want to create 9 dimensions with this nine columns)

    When I tried to create the cube, this table becomes a fact table and one dimension table with nine attributes.

    So I am not sure whether I can provide a solution to the above requirement.

    Any help is appreciated.

    highlight one of the columns in the fact table and drag it over to the dimension folder in the browser, and it will turn into a private dimension just for that cube
