create table variable from MS Excel copy and paste SSRS

  I would like to create a table variable by copying and pasting from MS Excel into a report parameter in SSRS 2008 and have it create a table like this, with 2 fields and multiple values.

  Any ideas? I tried feeding as one variable and splitting, I tried several ideas I found on this site with no luck.
